Problem Manager/Change Manager/incident Manager/ITIL Service Coordinator
TOTAL IT Experience- 5 Years
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Change Manager/Problem Manager/Incident Manager: 3 Years.
ITIL Service Coordinator: 2 Years.
Joining locations:Chennai and Bangalore.
Job Description:
1. Problem Manager :-
Total exp should be of minimum 5 years
Exposure to one or more of the infrastructure technologies such as Unix, DBA and Windows Servers
Exposure to ITIL processes. ITIL foundation certification is not mandatory, but will be an added advantage
2. Change Manager :-
Total exp should be of minimum 5 years
Exposure to one or more of the infrastructure technologies such as Unix, DBA and Windows Servers
Exposure to ITIL processes. ITIL foundation certification is not mandatory, but will be an added advantage
3. Incident Manager:-
Own the Incident Management process within IBM
Ensure that the provision of the service is restored as quickly, ensuring the best possible level of service quality and availability and compliance with service levels.
Deliver benefits to the Customer including:
Services are restored as quickly as possible, in a controlled and managed fashion, following an Incident the impact of an Incident on the Customer business operations is minimized
Incidents are managed proactively in the interest of the Customer Reduced disruption for IT support staff and End Users
End-to-End management of high severity incidents reported from the point of initiation to the point of resolution.
Participate in the escalation process and involve the appropriate service manager as required.
Escalate high severity incidents to the Customer Incident Managers and provide initial analysis or resolution reports to the customer and higher management.
4.Capacity Analyst
Work location- Bangalore
Band 6/7 with 6+ years of experience in IT with skills in ITIL and Capacity Mgt, as per the details below:
Primary skills for the Capacity Analysts
Analytical skills
Basic Statistical skills
Strong team player
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and issues.
Ability to work under time and workload pressures and to meet deadlines
Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal.
Process oriented
Documentation (procedures, work instructions, etc.)
Interpersonal skills, which enables easy communication with team members and other departments in IBM. This communication must be driven by this job role.
Possesses strong service skills with ability to balance technical support, written/oral communication
Has base technical experience and skills in the areas of capacity management requirements
Be able to identify opportunity for, and implement process improvements.
Utilizes standard IBM Global Services processes and escalation procedures
Commitment to process and quality to ensure 'World-Class Service' to IBM customers.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Interested in learning and open to knowledge transfer.
