FIC looking for Oracle Functional Consultant , Bangalore

One of our reputed client FIC – First Indian Corporation(www.firstindiancorp.com) is looking for Oracle _ Functional Consultant with 6-9yrs of total IT Exp for their Bangalore development center.

Candidate should take responsibility and ownership for the analysis, design, testing and status reporting of a particular Oracle Financials module or area.

Job Description

• Delivery of Oracle Apps modules as per project plan and quality standards
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple areas/issues at a time
• Ensure error free deliverables by driving adherence to quality assurance norms and guidelines
• Excellent understanding of Oracle Applications Financial Modules with more than 6 years of experience (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
• Having a Good knowledge in Release 12 for Oracle Application Financial Modules
• Having experience with at least One Full Life Cycle Implementation, One Production Support
• Exposure to Web ADI, RXI
• Understanding of Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)
• Good at conducting Training programs
• Possess Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Gather requirements from the users
• Understand and translate requirements into design
• Provide input on effort estimation to arrive at re sourcing plans
• Provide remote technical support through problem analysis and assistance
• •Participate in deployment, system testing, UAT (onsite and offshore)
• •Engage in peer reviews during design, coding and testing
• •Ensure adherence to quality processes
• •Prepare implementation plans when moving a code to production
• •Perform system testing and monitoring
• •Contribute to process improvement initiatives (best practices, six sigma etc)
• •Follow Knowledge Management process

Mandatory Skills / Requirement

Expert knowledge on Oracle Applications 11i Financial Modules (AR,AP,FA,GL,iexpense, iprocurement, ireceivables)
Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage on site resources on a daily basis

Desired Skills
Knowledge in Oracle Application Framework
Knowledge in Oracle Application Release 12
Familiarity with CRM modules will be an advantage
Exposure to Onsite-Offshore Model
