Required Skills:
  • PeopleSoft Server administration that includes administration of Application server, Process scheduler/batch server, Web server, Cache monitoring, Report server and Database server.
  • Configuring Tuxedo Application Server and deployment of 2 and 3 Tier connectivity software for developers; maintaining the technical environments for developers.
  • Configure Pure Internet Architecture and web servers (WebSphere, weblogic , Apache) for Web enabling.
  • Patches, bundles, service packs and Maintenance packs application.
  • Application server clustering.
  • Installation of PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS, ESA, CRM and EPM.
  • Integration of HRMS, CRM and ESA PeopleSoft systems using PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
  • Compare reports analysis, PeopleSoft Object migration.
  • PeopleSoft Security Administration, creation of users, defining roles and security rights for users.
  • Oracle Administration: Instance cloning, Creation of new instances, Backup & Recovery of Database, Oracle database upgrade from 9i to 10g.
  • Maintain relevant technical documentation on installation and upgrade.
  • Working on various organizational and BU initiatives whenever required.

Required Skills:
  • Strong development background in PeopleSoft ABM (will not consider anyone with less than 3+ years)
  • Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft EPM environment, including metadata setup,
  • Security setup, integration with LDAP and single sign-on configuration
  • Detailed understanding of hierarchy management in ABM implementation
  • Experience in design and development of App Engines and PeopleCode Pages
