Systems Analyst (PeopleSoft Global Payroll)

Designation : Systems Analyst (PeopleSoft â€" Global Payroll)
Experience : 4.5 â€" 7 Yrs
Education : Any Graduates

Essential Experience
• Should have minimum 6 years experience of which at least 4 years in PeopleSoft Global Payroll V8.9 implementation, maintenance and upgrades
• An IT professional with extensive experience in technical development using PeopleSoft HCM and Global Payroll modules, Version 8.9 experience is a must
• Extensive experience in PeopleSoft HR and Global Payroll modules, preferably from multiple customer sites
• Extensive experience in PeopleTools version 8.4 and above is must
• Working knowledge with SQR, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Workflow and PeopleCode
• Detailed knowledge on PeopleSoft security model and process scheduler
• Strong verbal and written communications and leadership capabilities
• Strong knowledge of SDLC with high process orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and build strong working relationships
Broad industry knowledge of the PeopleSoft application highly desirable.
Desired Experience
• Working experience on Crystal Reports or any other 3rd party reporting tool, Payroll Business domain
