Our Client is in need of the following skill-sets:
• At least 4-5 years experience as a SAP Basis consultant
• 7-10 years experience in a consultancy environment
• Experience of SAP Implementation in at least one blue-chip Company (possibly internal)
• Previous Management of BASIS implementation / upgrade projects, installing, maintaining, monitoring SAP systems
• 3 years plus in a support environment or multiple full life cycle projects
• Comprehensive understanding of Business procedures
• Experience of having communicated important business information at all levels in an organisation, from clerical staff to higher management
• Demonstrable evidence of the following is essential
• Can do â€" will do attitude
• Experience of applying latest technologies
• Upgrades
• Good Commercial awareness
• Strong team player
• Empathy with client
• Self motivated
• Amenable and friendly
• Fast relationship building
• Flexibility
• Good customer â€" facing consultancy skills
• Mobility â€" must be prepared for occasional travel to client site
• ‘Feet on the ground attitude’
• SAP applications Operating system administration: primarily Windows NT/2K and UNIX (AIX & Solaris), some AS/400 systems.
• Database administration: Oracle and MS-SQL server
• SAP technical support â€" Expert,
• Windows NT/2K â€" Expert,
• UNIX (AIX & Solaris) â€" Expert,
• AS/400 - Basic
