JD:Role Background The role would be responsible for end to end project management for the BPO -BFS vertical for clients in the US, UK and ANZ regions

The role:The role holder will be responsible for:

>Timeliness of sending across detailed project plans

>Comprehensiveness of planning

>Regular and detailed tracking of projects on a weekly basis

>Updating the dashboard weekly and communicating to all stakeholders

>Continuous focus on Revenues

>Generation, collation of feedback from different client stakeholders on the transition effectiveness

>Assess & analyze feasibility of metrics and ability to achieve them.

Mandatory:

>Should have a min of 6 yrs of exp in the BPO industry with min of 2yrs in a transition role

>Strong presentation & negotiation skills

>Excellent communication skills

>Strong client relationship management skills

>Ability to liaison with multiple stakeholders

>Ability to set expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.

>Proficiency in MS Office products including MS-Projects and Visio is required.

Exp:6 - 10 Yrs
