1. CRM ISA Functional Consultant(CRM Internet Sales Consultant)
Skills
SAP CRM ecommerce, Middleware

Desired Experience
• 4 - 6 Years of experience in SAP out of which minimum 2 - 3 years in SAP CRM
• Minimum 1-2 end to end implementation in SAP CRM internet sales
• Good CRM domain experience
• Exposure to Enterprise portal
• Strong ECC to CRM middleware knowledge
• Expertise in CRM sales, pricing and crm base customizations
• Working knowledge in ASAP methodology
• Strong troubleshooting & support skills as well as strong written & verbal communication skills required
• Excellent Customer interaction skills

2. CRM Interaction center Functional Consultant

• 4+ years in SAP with extensive experience in CRM IC web client customizing, with experience in CRM areas (sales, Middleware and Interaction Center)
• Experience in NEW UI CRM2007 ( creating Roles, configuring Navigation bar, work centers, work center groups, direct links, etc)
• Excellent understanding of BSPs with MVC, BSP extensions â€" HTMLB, JavaScript and object oriented ABAP.
• Experience in Label changes, adding fields, defaulting values, adding Buttons to Web UI/ Web client.
• IC Web client for Marketing, Sales & Service.
• Good understanding of Business Object Layer (BOL) and Generic Interaction Layer (GenIL).
• Experience in Interactive scripting, Agent inbox, Transaction Launcher in IC.
• Experience in ICWEB Client profiles, runtime frame work profile, navigation bar profile, Business transaction profiles, etc
• Good working experience in customizing PCUI applications.
• Experience in using Blueprint tables.
• IC experience in CRM2007 is a critical need.

8. CRM ABAP Consultant(Technical)

Desired Experience

• 4 years of SAP Experience which includes 2+ years in SAP ABAP with extensive experience in ABAP Objects and 2+ years in CRM area (sales, Service, Interaction Center, Middleware and Internet Sales) development
• 1 CRM implementation project experience is must
• Experience in coding and application development including: Remote Function Calls in ABAP, BAPI Development for Accessing SAP Components, Data Transfer, Enhancements and Modification
• Comprehensive knowledge of CRM Tables and function modules
• Programming experience with Interaction Center, ISA, Alert Modeler, Action Box and CRM BADI development
• Programming experience related to CRM One Order
• Good knowledge of BDOCs, IDOC, ALE and EDI
• New Field additions through EEWB & implement associated BADIs
• Exposure to BSP
• Exposure to SAP Net Weaver ( ABAP Webdynpro preferred)
• ABAP Certification (preferred)
